Collection of your personal information and how we use it

Log files
Runtech follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and this is a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer, which allow us to distinguish you from other users of our Site. Our Legal basis for use of your personal information

How long we store your personal information
We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed. We only hold personal information for marketing purposes for 10 months after the latter of the date we acquired it or our last communication with you. Aside from this, the length of time for which we retain personal information for depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

As such, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information while it is transmitted in this way and that any such transmission is at your own risk.
